Red Cabbage
Ingredients
1/8 red cabbage
1 clove garlic - crushed
1 onion - chopped finely
2 rashers of bacon - chopped
1green apple - chopped
2 cloves
1 level teaspoon carraway seed
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/3 cup white vinegar
Procedure
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil with the lid on.
Turn heat down to simmer stirring occasionally.
Cook for approximately 30 minutes.
Served as a vegetable - great served with chicken.

Ingredients Rinse Quinoa, add to saucepan with butter, garlic and chicken stock. Bring to boil and then simmer until Quinoa is cooked and stock has evaporate.Remove from heat. Cool enough to handle.
