Ingredients
- 1 Chicken (partially cooked) or BBQ Chicken
- 1/4 Wombok or green cabbage
- 2 stalks celery - diced
- .250 gram pea or sliced beans
- 2 carrots - diced
- 1 onion - chopped
- 2 tablespoons rice
- 1 packet Chicken Noodle soup
- 1 teaspoon curry
- Salt and pepper
- 2 -2.5 cups water
- Oil
Procedure
- To a hot pan add oil and chicken and brown lightly, add vegetables, rice , soup mix, salt, pepper and curry.
- Stir in water.
- Mix well and cook uncovered over a moderate heat for 40 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
- Add further 1/2 cup water if necessary.
