- ½ cup Quinoa
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon or cube of chicken stock
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 level teaspoon of butter/ oil
- Wash Quinoa. Cook as you would cook rice (evaporation method, microwave or rice cooker) adding all the other ingredients.
- Serve as an alternative to rice. Great accompaniment to Asian food and curry.
