Quinoa - Savoury


  • Quinoa  
  • ½ cup Quinoa  
  • 1 cup water  
  • 1 teaspoon or cube of chicken stock  
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed  
  • 1 level teaspoon of butter/ oil  


  1. Wash Quinoa. Cook as you would cook rice (evaporation method, microwave or rice cooker) adding all the other ingredients.  
  2. Serve as an alternative to rice. Great accompaniment to Asian food and curry.
